• All reservations (booking / amendment) of the Al Majlis VIP lounge services (“Al Majlis”) should be made online and paid at least twenty-four 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight time.
  • Passengers/Guests are encouraged to add and upload their flight PNR to facilitate efficient baggage tracking and delivery at the Al Majlis facility.
  • Bookings will be confirmed only upon successful payment and confirmation from Dubai Airports Corporation (“Dubai Airports”). Confirmation of payment is required no later than twenty-four 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • Cancellations, amendments, or a change in the number of passengers/guests in a group, must be made twenty-four 24 hours prior to your flight time, failing which full charges of Al Majlis services shall apply and Dubai Airports shall not be obliged to provide you with Al Majlis services. Therefore, no refund will apply in such cases.
  • All reservations will be subject to availability and reconfirmation.
  • You must ensure you provide the correct spelling of the name, age, and name of all passengers/guests as per their details in their official documents at the time of booking the Al Majlis services. This helps you and your passengers/ guests to recognize names on the boards that Dubai Airports’ staff will display at the gates at the time of your arrival. In case any of the information is incorrect and passengers/guests fail to identify their names and are therefore not met at the gate, the full amount of the Al Majlis charges shall apply. Neither Dubai Airports nor Al Majlis shall be held responsible for incorrect information displayed as it is considered the sole responsibility of the passenger/guest to ensure that the correct details are provided.
  • In case the cancellation is made twenty-four (24) hours prior to flight time or before and the payment was made using an online payment method through e-Pay, a voucher will be issued which will be equivalent to the package or service category and the passenger/guest will be allowed to redeem the same package or service that was cancelled. The voucher can be used by the same account user within twelve (12) months of the date of cancellation..
  • Due to security reasons, Al Majlis services are not available to passengers/guests travelling to Israel via Emirates Airlines and El-Al Israel Airlines or to any passengers/guests traveling with British Airways.
  • For guests who require visas to enter the UAE, their original visas must be submitted to Al Majlis VIP Lounge counters three (3) hours prior to the flight arrival time.
  • If you are paying for the Al Majlis services by way of bank transfer, ensure the transfer needs to be completed and confirmed prior to the passengers/guests arriving at Dubai International Airport (DXB) (the “Airport”). You are advised that the bank transfers can take four (4) to five (5) workings days to be cleared and confirmed by Dubai Airports.
  • Animals and pets are not allowed to access Al Majlis premises.
  • Smoking in the Al Majlis lounge is prohibited unless a designated smoking room is available.
  • Children under the age of three (3) years and accompanied by adults will be eligible to enter free of charge.
  • Passengers/Guests below the age of sixteen (16) will be required to be accompanied by an adult however standard charges shall apply.
  • You should comply with all regulations and policies including Al Majlis terms and conditions which are published on Dubai Airports’ website from time to time including but not limited to any instructions, requirements or directions made from time to time by Dubai Airports.
  • Complaints should be logged and submitted no later than one (1) week from the booking date of Al Majlis services by following this link Feedback | Dubai Airports.
  • Dubai Airports reserves the right to edit, modify, and change these terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the passenger/guest to ensure they are up to date with the latest Al Majlis terms and conditions by checking the website prior to booking.
  • In the event that a guest requires a lift mobile to and from the Al Majlis lounge or throughout the Airport, arrangements must be made by submitting a request directly with the relevant Airline in advance. Dubai Airports is not responsible for providing this specialized service.
Dubai Airports reserves the right to revoke your or your guests’ access to Al Majlis services at any time in case of non-compliance of Al Majlis terms and conditions by you, your guests, or any person utilising the Al Majlis services either due to being an employee of your organisation or at your invitation.
Dubai Airports is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses, claims, fees, liabilities, costs or expenses howsoever suffered or incurred by you resulting from; i) use of the Al Majlis service including but not limited to theft, personal injury, or any lost items; ii) other persons claiming through or under you; or iii) withdrawal of the access to Al Majlis Lounge or the booking of Al Majlis services by Dubai Airports.

Q1) Does making a booking with Al Majlis guarantee that Al Majlis services will be provided?
A) No, all booking requests will be responded to within one (1) hour from the booking time and are subject to availability on the day. Al Majlis reserves the right to not accept any booking requests based on lack of availability on the day and/or insufficient information provided.
Q2) Why is there a need for the passenger/guest to pre-register to book for Al Majlis services?
A)All Al Majlis passengers/guests are required to make a one-time registration. This is to screen the profile of the passengers/guests and ensure the privacy of the passengers/guests that use Al Majlis services. At the time of registration, a few basic details are collected and reviewed by the membership team and processed within twenty-four (24) Hours. This information will be saved to make the passengers/guests future booking faster and easier.
If any passenger/guest wishes to book Al Majlis without registering (the admin can facilitate this), please note that in the event of a cancellation, no voucher credit will be issued, as there is no account to which the voucher can be applied.
Q3)Does booking for Al Majlis services entitle the passengers/guests to airline benefits such as upgrade and excess baggage allowances?
A)No, all airline preferences or special requests must be communicated directly and agreed directly between the airline and the passengers/guests. Al Majlis is not linked to any Airlines.
Q4)In case of cancellation, will the passenger/guest be entitled for refund amount of the booking?
A)There will be no actual refund amount in the form of return of money. However, in case the cancellation is made twenty-fours (24) hours prior to flight time or before and the payment was made using an online payment method through e-Pay on the Al Majlis registration portal, a voucher will be issued which will be equivalent to the package or service category and the passenger/guest will be allowed to redeem the same package or service that was canceled. The voucher can be used by the same account user within twelve (12) months of the date of cancellation.
